Common questions
Do you need access to our AWS account?
Not for the 20-minute review. If a full assessment makes sense after that, it only needs a read-only IAM role that you create and can revoke at any time. Nothing gets changed without your written approval, and we're happy to sign an NDA.
Why not just use a cost tool?
Tools are good at showing you what's expensive. They can't tell which of those resources production depends on, and they won't restructure anything for you. The review tells you whether you need more than what AWS gives you for free. Sometimes the answer is a tool, and we'll say so.
What does the assessment cost?
A fixed fee based on your account count and spend, quoted on the review call.
What if there isn't much to save?
You'll hear that on the review call, before you've paid anything.
What if we want you to make the changes?
Implementation is a separate engagement, quoted from the plan and scheduled inside your change windows. Approved changes only, with before-and-after costs documented. Your assessment fee is credited toward it.
